เอ็นซีที - 29 กันยายน 2556 : นายกเทศมนตรี Annemieke Vermeulen เมือง Leusden ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ และ นายรามเนตร ใจกว้าง นายกเทศมนตรีนครเกาะสมุย นำชาวจักรยานจากทั่วสมุยร่วมปั่นเพื่อเปิดเทศกาล Samui Latin and Jazz Week ซึ่งกำหนดจัดงานระหว่างวันที่ 29 กันยายน - 6 ตุลาคม 2556

Mayor Ramnert Jaikwang of Koh Samui City Municipality and Mayor Annemieke Vermeulen of Leusden Municipality, The Netherlands are cycling to mark the end of Koh Samui Car Free Week 2013 and welcome the opening day of Samui Latin and Jazz Week at The Fair House Villas and Spa.
