Dear members, friends and sponsors,
The Kid’s Weekend is now only five days away.
Thankfully, much of the preparation for their arrival and activities are now in place.
May I now take this opportunity to bring everyone up to date with our plans for the three days?
Please find attached a schedule giving approximate timings of where we shall be and the activities involved.
We are aware that a number of our friends wish to be actively involved in the weekend and those that are will be most welcome to join us at their chosen times.
We are not asking anyone to help at any specific activity, just come along when you are free. As the timings and venues MAY change at the last minute (due to inclement weather etc.) please telephone either Lorraine on 0890476348
or myself on 0814158112 before setting off to a particular venue to confirm we will be there.
As in previous years we have designed T shirts for the kids and these will also be available to purchase over the weekend as a lasting reminder of the weekend.
Namuang Safari Park have generously given free admission for the children to their Elephant and Crocodile show, but if you would like to come with us then the usual entry fees will apply to us all.
Similarly, Tropical Murphys are kindly sponsoring food for the kids on Saturday evening, but for us, their full menu at normal prices will be available for anyone who wishes to eat there.
Likewise, on Sunday, we are providing a BBQ for the kids but there will be a small charge of 200 baht if any one else wishes to enjoy one of Nigel’s tasty barbecue meals.
From this year’s organising committee, may we express a huge thank you to all our members, friends and sponsors who have already and will this weekend be making this an unforgettable and wonderful time for the forty one children from the Mercy Centre, Bangkok.

มีค่าใช้จ่าย มั้ยครับ ต้องลงทะเบียนล่วงหน้าหรือเปล่า

เพิ่งเห็นวันนี้เอง เสียดายเหมือนกันอยากพาลูกไปเที่ยว เล่น ทำกิจกรรม ว่าแต่ รับเด็กอายุ เท่าไหร่ครับ

ทางสมาคมต้องการความร่วมมือจากผู้อยากเข้าไปช่วยดูแล แจกข้าว แจกขนมให้กับเด็กๆครับหรือถ้าใครใจบุญจะซื้อขนม ของเล่นไปให้ด้วยก็ได้
